This web-site and CD label started at 2002 as "Mikiharu TAKAGIs private label named ART/COM RECORDS.

But This label name changed to " ART/COM DESIGN " at 2005, because I started photograph.

Born in Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan. I moved to Tokyo for university at 1973. I started to play the flute and drums in his university jazz band before playing in a modern jazz style band and then in the late 1975’s, the drummer began playing free jazz.
I met Masahiko Togashi and then I was influenced strong by him.
I came back to Toyohashi and stop music life for some reasons at 1985's.At 2002's, I started again music and then he began to take photograph. I release " Dekiai " by my own album at 2002's.He had some photo exhibitions at 2004's, " Serene Time" ,"lunch-time","Things that I know about Europe"..etc
I start making a small concert in Paris once or twice a year .
I played music with

Itaru OKI, Masahiko TOGASHI, Alan SILVA, Michel PILZ, Eiich HAYASHI, Yoshiaki FUJIKAWA,Takayuki KATO, Akemi TAKU, etc.....
I keep music and photography though I am engineer now.
